We're baaaack....

Boy what a trip this was...Don't think we will ever be gone that long again. Christmas in MD...It started off with Sydney getting her first tooth to break thru and with that comes a cold and no sleep. Then Daniel got a cold so no sleep either.. And then of course if the kids aren't sleeping neither are we...so even though we were all tired we tried to make the best of it. We did Christmas Eve at my twin sister's house. My brother and his family came up as well. It was fun for the kids to play together. They don't often get this time to just play. We did not get a group shot but here are some pictures of opening presents and playing...

Then we went to my parents house that night and got all dressed up to go to Evening Service and then over to my brother's in laws house for a late dinner. Here are some pictures from Christmas Eve Night...

Then we had Christmas at my parents house. Sydney got a horse jumperoo and Daniel got some Thomas the train buildings and tracks .....along with other things.



Well after spending more time at my sister's and brother's house and Sydney getting another tooth.. yes that is right 2 teeth in 4 days broke thru...we drove back home on Sunday and left again on Monday for SC. Are you tired yet?
Well SC was a little better..Daniel was no longer sick and Sydney was a little better, but we still did not get any sleep due to a raccoon moving into Stefan's Dad's attic and making lots of loud noise during the night since they sleep in the day. I am not kidding this raccoon had a hammer and nails and was building himself a house up there. It was crazy!!!Here are some pictures of us in SC. Daniel became a fire fighter.




Even though we are extremely exhausted from the trip, we feel so blessed that we are able to travel to visit our large family. We had lots of fun playing cards and games. We will catch up on our sleep throughout the year to get us prepared to do it all over again next year....with some minor adjustments of course.
